» An Interview With Anton Corbjin

This is my favourite interview, both because Anton Corbijn is such a hero to me, and because he was so sweet it was like he was made of cakes. I also nearly peed myself on discovering that Margaret Pomeranz was the interviewer before me, as we passed eachother at the hotel room door. My editor got a very cute note from the publicist later in the week:

“… Just wanted to let you know that Anton was really happy with the interview he did with Elmo the other day (he did a lot of interviews. So it’s definitely a great compliment that he singled out Elmo as one of the most enjoyable interviews he did while in Sydney!)”

I printed it and stuck it on my wall.
